Lead Developer for well-funded Silicon Valley startup: OwnerListens

Who are we?
OwnerListens is an early-stage, funded startup that aims to revolutionize the way local businesses and customers communicate with each other using mobile devices.

Founded by a serial entrepreneur on his way to a third successful exit and Stanford grads with experience at Google and Visa, OwnerListens is off to a great start with a stellar team and excited beta customers.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven and versatile engineer who will not only own engineering as we build the product and scale, but will also help drive product decisions. You will quickly pick up the baton and work on our initial launch, team building and preparation for our YC application. This is an excellent opportunity to be on the ground floor of a startup with momentum.

What You Need to Know
Our stack:
- Python/Django
- PostgreSQL/PostGis
- HTML/CSS Web front-end
- iOS app
- Android app coming soon

You should have the skills and to hack our backend, front-end, and integrate them with our mobile apps. We have a developer working on the iOS side but you should be at least interested in learning about and working with mobile apps.

Employment Details
This is a paid and either part-time or full-time contract opportunity depending on your availability and could turn into full employment with potential for equity upside.

Work may done remotely but we would all enjoy your presence at our downtown Palo Alto office. It’s a startup hub with entrepreneurs, investors and customers dropping by often to challenge our assumptions and test our product.
