We need a talented CTO/VP of Engineering who will direct software development, quality assurance and infrastructure. About Us
At Parenting Bridge we believe technology can solve real life problems. We are currently developing a website that helps divorced and separated parents share and coordinate the custody of their children. Imagine you are divorced and have to talk to your ex-spouse because you share custody of a child. Even in amicable situations, these interactions are very stressful and often led to arguments, which is especially bad if the kids are around. Parenting Bridge provides the tools to make this communication more efficient and less stressful by bringing it all online. The plan is to offer a website and mobile app so that the parents will be able to forget about the technology and just focus on parenting. We are currently self-funded and in private beta. Technical specs
The site is being built on Ruby on Rails on top of SQLite (started with Mongo but decided to go move). We are using AWS, Heroku for the web server, and Amazon S3.

Awesome part-time marketing opportunity at a startup in Mountain View

Hi All,

We are looking for a marketing intern/part-time to help us with Parenting Bridge. In this role, you'll be directly involved with high level decisions and can do as much as you want - marketing, Google ads, monitoring user growth, reaching out to active users, blogging/tweeting, coming up with and executing new promotional ideas, creating a marketing brochure, and tons more.

This is a really cool opportunity for someone looking to get great experience in driving new sales and traffic to startups and help shape the company from the ground up. The right candidate will be detail oriented, have some experience with online marketing and be driven and ready to execute ideas. Should be able to commit ~15 hrs/week but has the potential to turn into more or a full time paid opportunity. Ideally the person is in the Bay Area so that once a week you can work from our office in Mountain View, but not required.

Free-lance designer for a startup in Mountain View

We are Parenting Bridge and our goal is to use technology to solve real life problems. We are developing an application to help divorced and separated parents share and coordinate the custody of their children – a way for parents to stay better connected to their kids while reducing the stress and conflict that can come from sharing custody. We have been working hard to get the product ready and expect to launch our beta version this month.

We are looking for an über talented web graphic designer to help us 1) improve the landing page/front-end, 2) design the next features that in the pipeline and 3) help create a one-page marketing brochures.
