With 78 million baby boomers entering a new phase of their life, coupled with younger generations seeking non-traditional employment settings very different from the ones their parents worked in, we believe the workforce is changing dramatically and today’s talent is looking for a site just like ours. POSITION OVERVIEW:
Working in an early stage, entrepreneurial setting, the Director of Online Marketing / Social Media will be given primary responsibility for online customer acquisition and engagement strategy and tactics. These strategies and tactics must result in meeting and exceeding daily traffic requirements as set by executive management. This individual will also develop, create and implement robust and comprehensive digital experience programs that help transform our customer engagement experiences. These strategies must encompass the most cost effective ways to reach our many customer audiences. Primary among these groups are our Talent Seekers which are young, entrepreneurial startup founders anxious to add talented executives or project service providers to their teams who place these type opportunities on our website. Additionally, we must reach and attract Talent Providers who can be both full time candidates looking to join early stage company management teams, as well as Service Providers who offer shorter term consulting expertise. Both types of Talent Providers register at our website with a commitment to put their “skin in the game” and accept some form of equity in these startups in exchange for traditional cash compensation programs. An overarching objective of all online programs will be to create brand awareness for Sweat Equity Connection, Inc. For our Talent Seekers, it will be as the definitive, go to solution to help their startup ventures solve their talent needs For our Talent Provider candidates interested in entrepreneurial employment opportunities, it will be to find the best ones with us. This person will be a proactive, self-starter who is comfortable working on their own, which may include working in a virtual setting. Working in an early stage, entrepreneurial setting, the Director of Business Development & Sales will be tasked with a myriad of tasks which will be both core and non-core to their position title. Working in a virtual environment, this individual will have primary responsibility for the development and execution of a sales strategy that delivers the required numbers of subscribers to the Sweat Equity Connection website. Subscribers will consist of early stage companies posting opportunities for employment or short term project assignments with their firms. Additionally, this individual will assist in the recruitment of both management candidates and Project Service Providers to register at our site to fulfill the opportunities placed there by our clients companies. This person will be a proactive, self-starter who is comfortable working on their own. They should be extremely comfortable working in a very dynamic, fluid environment where priorities change rapidly based on customer demands. As a key contributor, you will have a shared responsibility for the design and execution of strategies that continue to grow our database of talent seeking companies looking to post employment opportunities on our site, as well as grow talent providers who seek full time employment and project assignments.
