Alternative Investment Firm Seeks Black Box Trading Software/Data Analysis Intern (C++, MATLAB) in Dallas

We are looking for an intern to help us continually back-test data and update our black-box trading software. We are looking for passionate individuals who are willing to "get their hands dirty" in data testing/mining through the use of highly complex trading algorithms. Your ability to analyze millions of lines of price data leveraging our existing MATLAB code is critical. In addition, you must have experience coding in C++ to continue refining and updating our object file that interfaces with our main software system. This software contains the communication/trading protocols with the live market (and has already been built).

We are a start-up proprietary trading shop that is currently using a modified and unique long/short equity strategy. We have proprietary algorithms and a professional developer coding our trading software. You have the chance to gain tremendous experience in the Alternative Investment/Hedge Fund industry, leverage your talents (analytical and developmental), with opportunity to add value. We collectively have nearly 50 years of experience and own multiple businesses across industries.
