Software Engineer in New York

Company is a venture-backed startup headquartered in the Flatiron district of New York
City, is looking for Web Software Engineering candidates with strong experience working with
large relational databases with complex data models. This is an engineering role with a Data
Science component. The applicant would report to the VP Engineering who has a long standing
commitment to open standards, common-sense best practices, quality, usability and mentoring.
Applicants will work on projects directly related to the production of the company’s Web
applications and back end systems, including creating/extending APIs, building entirely
new applications and constructing new feature sets. Applicants will work alongside a small,
dedicated team including the Co-Founders who pulled it all together. Ideal candidates will have
a passion for building cool products as well as an interest in what it takes to build and run an
