WilliamPaid is a stable Chicago startup that provides a distributed platform on the web for renters, landlords and other players in the renting ecosystem. We are looking to add a talented developer to add to our small development team. We have thousands of paying customers and a host of opportunities that keep us busy designing and building new and exciting things. We have huge plans as a company and we need your help getting there.

By the way, renting is one of the largest demographics in the United States and we fully intend to be the premier provider of services in this space. This means providing solutions to landlords, the renters they service and everyone in between. There is plenty of room for us to grow - the sky really is the limit!

Our work environment is relaxed and collaborative. We focus on results, so there are no meetings and nothing wasteful is tolerated. We have a flat engineering structure that gives individuals a great deal of responsibility. Everyone here is a "full-stack" developer, so you will be involved in all stages of developing the product you are working on. We use Pivotal to track our user stories, we do daily standups and we try to stay as agile as possible.
