Sr Java Developer/Architect in Allen

We are looking for an experienced Java developer to help complete our flagship product. An ideal candidate will be able to assume leadership of the design and development of an enterprise-quality product. The candidate will take the existing design documents and work with the founder, tech writer, graphics designer, marketing and sales team to assemble a core team of developers and complete the development and provide a structured test strategy. The candidate must also ensure all development is properly reviewed, tracked and documented.

The position may lead to a senior management position, which will involve less hands on development. But initially the candidate will be expected to spend most of their time programming, documenting, and building the core team.
