What is excellent? <br /> <br />It's spending two years developing a solid infrastructure to support our hardware products. All products that leave our NY based manufacturer are tracked with incredible definition. When a device has a problem, we notice it before the customer on our remote debugging web panel. Support personnel even know the serial number of a resistor on that individual product's circuit board. Isolating protocol problems on a device in France takes hours now, rather than weeks. Once problems are isolated and patched, it takes minutes to remotely update our hardware that's thousands of miles away, spread across 6 EU countries. <br /> <br />New developers will help us define and build a product that will be for sale in the USA. The goal of the product is to make a modern fleet vehicle management tool that's entirely web based along with mobile options. The web product + our hardware device will allow fleets to save fuel, insurance costs, and wasted manhours. We can also alert maintenance staff to vehicle problems no matter where the car is on the road.
