Trulia is looking for a Senior level Visual/UI Designer to join the User Experience & Design team. The ideal candidate has the ability to think both conceptually and strategically, has the skills to take a design project from ideation through to final pixel-perfect execution, should be highly motivated, have a strong portfolio, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess an adventurous mind. Trulia’s charter is to define and design an innovative user experience for all aspects of the Real Estate Search experience. We're looking for an exceptional candidate to help revolutionize the way people search the web for real estate. Online real estate is an enormous category, and vertical search is white-hot, so if you've got the drive and the passion to fill this important position, we want to talk with you.

In this senior product role you will drive overall quality and satisfaction of the real estate search and listing experience on Trulia.com. You will be the internal leader of our overall listing quality and coverage efforts, coordinating and driving our efforts to improve key metrics and benchmarks. This includes managing search technology, relevancy algorithms, search accuracy, as well as the presentation of search results and advanced search and browse functionality. Working with our talented engineering, design, marketing and business development teams you'll be responsible for leading projects through the complete product development life cycle, and will be directly accountable for results.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of successful product management experience at a consumer internet company and a strong technical understanding of Web technologies and the operations of a commercial Web site. Experience managing content quality, search products, technologies, and user experience is a must. The ideal candidate will have proven analytical skills and the ability to identify customer needs and communicate them to constituents. The individual must be passionate about search, user experience and real estate.
