I'm the founder of Sharelancer.com. I have a proven track record in entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, and online marketing. I need a co-founder that will help me develop my new business idea.

Sharelancer.com offers a service that will change the way companies around the world find talent to develop their business ideas. While my industry is in the staffing sector, our target market is primarily made up of entrepreneurs and freelancers that are high school students, undergrad and graduate students. The solution enables companies to work with contractors using their preferred method of compensation: cash and/or equity. The transfer of equity is a sophisticated process that is facilitated through my project management tool.

As the co-founder, you will develop the project management tool. I will help you because I have the ability to create wireframes, HTML mock-ups, and other product artifacts that you can use to flesh out ideas and test them. In the meantime, I will be reaching out to users, getting our idea in front of them, surveying them, getting feedback, and re-iterating the message to others. Overtime, it is our joint responsibly to build a scalable, profitable, customer acquisition engine and manage a technical team.
