Impermium is the Internet’s first service to provide “Anti-Spam for the Social Web.” Nearly every site across the Internet is facing a daily deluge of spam, fraud, and abuse, but have no robust defense mechanism in place. Meanwhile, these ever-increasing attacks detract from the brand, drive huge costs, and put both users and revenue at risk.

Because we are at the forefront of the problem—where every site suffers but few solutions have emerged—we need a world-class, streamlined process for handling Internet-scale attacks in real time with extreme precision and reliability. That’s where Client Services comes in.

Founded by a seasoned executive team and backed by a roster of premier investors including Accel Partners, Greylock, Highland Capital, and the Social+Capital Partnership, Impermium is growing exponentially and already protecting many of the Internet’s largest properties.

We are looking for a well-rounded, hands-on, customer-obsessed Sales Engineer, to create and execute our customer relationship management strategy as we scale. This is a “player+coach” position; the individual will provide hands-on support to customers of all sizes, while designing the systems, processes, and tools necessary for scaling the team.

Your Mission:

To assist the sales organization in on-boarding new clients, designing and implementing the processes necessary to scale to handle 100 customers within one year.
