ABOUT ROLE

Due to the impending departure of two senior executives we are looking for someone who can take over day-to-day responsibilities of running Nividium and will be asked to fill in a number of roles, such as Human Resources, Finance, etc., until new employees can be hired. The former CEO/founder would still would like a stake in the company but can no longer be involved in company operations due to his devotion to a new venture of his (which I will be joining shortly as well).

Position will be done remotely, can be done part-time until company starts generating positive cash flow, and requires determination and the drive to make an impact the fast-growing mobile industry. Also, if you currently own/run a company, we believe this brand can be added to your portfolio.

This is also an excellent opportunity for an unemployed individual to get involved in the fast-growing mobile/internet industry.

Selected individual will be granted the following:

80% stake/equity in the company, which can be divided up to new employees upon hire (individual will be asked to sign a legally binding contract granting owner 20% of future profits, which he, in turn, can distribute to other former employees;
Nividium brand name;
Candidate database to search for and hire interesting candidates;
Access and Control Google Control Panel;
Ability to influence a very small company in a fast-growing industry.

The selected individual will will be primarily responsible for assisting our full-time Financial Analyst with all of the administrative tasks associated financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
