*Job Description*
In this role, you will actively take part in driving the architecture, design, and development of our flagship product. You will participate in a wide variety of projects, from developing brand-new customer facing functionality, to refactoring and optimizing the nuts and bolts of our internal platform. You should love the challenge of making your code as scalable, efficient, and secure as possible; while at the same time being able to make intelligent trade-offs in the interest of time-to-market. You know how to have fun and still get things done.

As a small company we rely heavily on the dependability and initiative of our employees to get work done under sometimes aggressive deadlines. We are a small team, and the ability to cooperate and communicate is an absolute must. You will be expected to make and suggest decisions regarding both your code and others. You will participate in a wide variety of projects, from developing brand-new customer facing functionality, to refactoring and optimizing the nuts and bolts of our internal platform. This work will keep you active in the Drupal community; debugging existing contrib modules and contributing back some of your own. You will be expected to participate in relevant user groups, and attend local meet-ups, camps, and conferences.

*Job Description*
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end user interfaces for our application. You should be fluent in web development languages and tools such as PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS. The ideal candidate would have an excellent eye for layout and design as well, and be capable of visualizing, and designing awesome user interfaces from sometimes abstract requirements.

This is a development-oriented role, and you will play a critical role in our tight-knit development team. Your days will mostly be spent in code (PHP and JS/AJAX) but you will also spend time collecting and understanding requirements for our interface needs. Our developers will look to you for all things related to user interfaces, and you will be the authority on our team regarding what our front-end capabilities are. You will take our existing interfaces and improve them, and be in charge of implementing new interfaces moving forward. You should love playing with new technologies or approaches in order to make web applications slicker or sexier.

Your job will span multiple functional areas of our teams, and the lines of responsibility will often be blurred. We want self starters who are excited and motivated by the opportunity to do and learn things that may be outside their normal areas of expertise.
