Fall: Curatorial Internship in New York

Think you have an eye for the next great artistic talent? Love exploring open studios, MFA shows, and the outer reaches of Brooklyn? Want to help artists gain exposure and collectors? Then this is the role for you!

Artsicle currently represents hundreds of artists in the New York area, all of whom are hand-selected by the Artsicle curatorial team - and its time for more! As a Curatorial Intern you will help us discover incredible artists, develop relationship with them, and help them successfully join the Artsicle family. We’re always looking for more ways to support our artists and help them grow their careers, so we’d love to hear your ideas.

Artsicle interns will learn about startup life, tech, the art world, and what it means to build something. You’ll be exposed to a ton of other great startups, mentors, investors. You’ll visit artist’s studios, stop by gallery openings, and help build something world changing. You can build new skills and develop a portfolio of real work. And we think you’ll have fun, too.

Love writing and keeping up with the emerging art scene? Have a fun, engaging writing style? Like covering events and documenting your experiences, as well as teaching new collectors all about art? You might be a perfect fit to join our editorial team!

For the past 6 months, we have been busy transforming the Artsicle blog in to a new destination for art lovers everywhere to discover new artists, learn about art, and read about cutting edge events. Editorial staff will be on the hunt for the perfect story, including frequently conducting interviews with individuals ranging from curators to artists. We’re always open to new ideas and thinking about how we can improve our content, expand our reach, and better engage our audience - and we’re ready for your ideas!

Think you have an eye for transforming a space? Love working with art and local artists to make that happen? Want to help find the perfect artwork for a client, while helping artists? Then this is the role for you!

Artsicle works with hundreds of artists in the New York area to help get their work up on the local walls. As a Corporate Curation Intern you will help uncover the best artwork for new clients, bring your unique style and perspective to each project, and learn the practical in-and-outs of bringing art to today's businesses. We're always looking for new markets to explore, helpful tools to build, and more, so we'd love to hear your ideas and help you build a portfolio.
