CleanTech Staffing is looking for Full Desk Recruiters of all levels for a commission only opportunity. The Recruiter is responsible for building relationships, screening and sourcing candidates and develops strategic solutions for each accounts recruitment needs.

We provide all the website, legal, SEO/SEM, marketing, and billing infrastructure. We offer the platform and tools, resources and support of a traditional agency while providing the freedom and flexibility to work virtually and on your own schedules.

We split 50% of all fees. No scale, just 50-50. We feel it's the best of all worlds for the right recruiter and we consider it a partnership.
