Front-End Developer Needed For 2-Page Responsive Site in St. Louis

Hello you,

I am an experienced UI/UX and graphic designer (8+ years exp) and I have designed a slick looking UI for my company. My design compositions are fully detailed to the subpixel. I need 2 responsive pages created that function properly in popular native browsers of mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.

I need this job done fast and with high quality code. All the design comps are ready and I am available for questions before the project begins to ensure you understand the requirements. Responsive designs are never understandable from mocks alone so we can chat on Skype or phone.

Milestones
1. Complete code & validate that Page 1 works on various platforms (25% payout)
2. Complete code & validate that Page 2 works on various platforms (75% payout)
