The Technical Lead will be working on an enterprise application to allow simultaneous innovation both in-store and on the web - a very complex, challenging, and exciting project. Role is located in downtown San Francisco. <br /> <br />Here are some key highlights; if this sounds like you, continue on: <br /> <br />•Hands-on Java experience and a desire to still be hands-on (not hand off an architecture to an implementation team) <br />•Leadership in delivering multiple production applications <br />•Broad experience – applications (ideally commerce related), system integration, frameworks or supporting services <br />•Good communication skills, able to run on their own but knows when collaboration and joint decision-making are important <br /> <br />Summary: <br /> <br />Technical Leads oversee the development, design, user interface, technology integration, and site architecture management on a variety of projects. These accomplished developers are capable of leading teams of 3-5 people with minimal oversight, managing scope, requirements, clients, and project tasks as well as providing technical mentoring for the team. They interact with the client at the Director level.
