We Are Presently Recruiting for Software Engineers to join our Lustre Team. Candidates must be based in either the US or Canada for these roles.

Primary role will be to support and enhance the Lustre parallel filesystem. This will mean interacting with Whamcloud’s customers who include many of the foremost HPC sites in the world and major HPC storage vendors.

Contributions to Lustre releases will sometimes require engaging with upstream Linux community.

Candidates must be based in either the US or Canada.

The Senior Systems Engineer works with Whamcloud’s partners and customers to show them the technical value that Whamcloud products bring to specific deals and situations by helping provide help in architecting, configuration, and RFP question answering.

Additionally the Senior Systems Engineer will deliver classes and do onsite deployments. The position requires in depth knowledge of Lustre features, installation, tuning, and benchmarking as well as Linux and storage and networking background. Up to 33% domestic and international travel may be required.
