You, along with the rest of the group will be responsible for supporting our customer base, which includes thousands of active users accessing the NetProspex.com web site. Given this level of engagement with our users, you will be expected to provide helpful advice on best practices, troubleshooting issues, performing user training, managing our trading community, and most importantly, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with NetProspex.

Our Client Services Representatives will also work hand-in-hand with members of the sales organization to accelerate the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role you will participate in the customer life-cycle by supporting pre-sales activity, on-boarding new customers and nurturing existing clients to solve problems and ensure their success.
