CSS Developer / Layout and Graphic Designer in Altoona

The position would focus solely on CSS, layout, and graphics. I am looking for a person who will give their ideas, and be excited about the project, but not a business partner. I don't like writing CSS code at all or I would do it. I will be focusing on the Ruby code and the Rails/PostgreSQL backend infrastructure, as well as business development and operations. It must be understood that at the end of the day that I make any and all final decisions as principal of the business. So for example if you tell me a 3 column layout would work well for a page and I consider it and then say "no", then you respect my decision. I also hate when i email and it is not returned. So if I email, even if you are reading the email, I don't know that, so reply saying "Got your email, I'm looking into it." It's about effective communication and professional respect, and a desire to accomplish tangible results, not ego. I hope to hear from you!
