We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to build a prototype and help facilitate early-adopter testing. The product is designed, and we've put together a demo; now we need someone to help realize our fuller vision. Any experience with mobile app development is a plus, but by no means required. <br /> <br />We are small — only 4 people; an MBA, two lawyers, and one part-time engineer — but the business thesis is extremely compelling. We've had discussions with a number of VC firms, Fortune 500 companies, and dominant players in the healthcare space — everyone agrees that the climate is ripe for what we want to build. If you think you think you might be the right engineer for our needs, we'd love to discuss the idea in more detail. <br /> <br />We would strongly prefer full equity compensation to other options, but we're open, on the margins, to negotiation. The reason for this preference is less about financing than about creating the right expectations and incentives.
