Verago’s mission is to transform service delivery so individuals, companies and communities may thrive. The company’s online and mobile app platform, provides service companies with tools to efficiently deploy field workers and provide premium services. The company will initially launch its solution in the burgeoning home healthcare sector providing care to seniors and others in need. The company’s management team brings over 15 years experience in developing intuitive and revenue- generating solutions for business and consumers across industries.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and creative CTO to drive the technology strategy and organization as a principal co-founder on this start-up team -- reporting directly to the CEO. Core to this, we are looking for someone who understands the demands of a start-up in its early seed stage with the ability to keep focus on accelerating product development to build a compelling prototype and secure funding. The ideal CTO is an individual who can effectively engineer a new product crucial to the company’s success. Looking for a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves developer who can code and develop the product until funding is obtained and other developer resources are added.

The individual will have the autonomy to work independently and as a team player initially in a virtual environment. Home base in the Los Angeles area is strongly preferred.
