We are a startup in San Francisco looking for a software developer with a passion for enhancing people’s lives with social software. As one of the first technical team members, you will have the opportunity to influence the technology and vision of the software. The right person will be considered for a CTO/Technical Co-Founder role. The compensation package is a mixed equity and wage package depending on your abilities and experience.

You:

• Experience with Java development using proven frameworks (backend)
• Experience in building mobile applications (iPhone required, Android a plus)
• Interest/Experience in agile development - comfortable with fast coding and feedback cycle using lean/agile principles
• Ability to lead - ready to have a team built around you
• Passionate for social software
• Self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial spirit
