The successful candidate should be interested in the following responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management
- Setting up Twitter, Facebook and Linked-In strategies
- Growing followers and creating weekly content
- Creating Social Media schedule and strategy for clients

2. Program/ Project Management
- Producing and managing the development of client materials (websites, marketing materials, investor presentations etc.)
- Assisting with the launch of new products for Intrigue Agency and our clients
- Developing internal systems for the Intrigue Agency and our clients

3. Marketing/ PR
- Creating copy for website, newsletters and blog posts
-Creating marketing and promotional materials

4. Client Communication
- Creating client presentations and proposals
- Conducting research and analysis on client facing projects.

5. Business creation
- Working with IA’s business creation clients to create all aspects of clients businesses in short spans of time.
- Crafting copy for clients’ websites
- Developing strategy for clients monetization

- Receive inquiries, close deals, negotiate contracts, plan travel, oversee the logistics, initiate follow-up and manage testimonials/invoicing.
- Business development for Sam Horn’s speaking

2. Project Management
- Coordinating the launch of our new products
- Developing internal systems (newsletter/ contact management etc.)
- Producing and managing logistics of virtual and physical events (retreats / seminars etc.)

3. Marketing/ PR
- Creating copy for website, newsletters and blog posts
- Conducting unsolicited outreach to radio stations, magazines, websites and influential bloggers to raise visibility for the Intrigue Agency and Sam
- Managing our Bi-Monthly newsletter
- Continuously updating and improving Sam Horn’s marketing materials and website content

4. Client work
- Working with Sam and Andrew to develop dynamic client materials (branding, marketing, websites)
- Managing all incoming email and communication from clients
- Developing and tracking client relationships
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with our services and products

5. Social Media Management
- Creating and maintaining a weekly social media schedule
- Monitor user interaction and engage users who come into contact with us via social

6. Interns
- Recruitment of superstar interns 3-4 times a year
- Management of a team of 3-4 interns year round who can produce quality work for the agency

7. Financial Management
- Managing invoicing, payments and all day to day accounting
