We need people who are excited about coming in and kicking ass right away, who don't care about job titles or set job descriptions and are first and foremost excited about building great new products and features that will delight users. We're looking for generalists -- people who are comfortable owning a feature from front end html/css/javascript to back end changes to our database or caching layer and just Get Things Done. <br /> <br />This is a full time position located in San Francisco, California. No part time, contract, or remote applicants (although we might help relocate you to San Francisco). <br /> <br />Requirements: <br />BS/MS in CS or equivalent work experience <br />Several years of software development experience ideally working on a consumer product (web or packaged) <br />Experience working with Unix/Linux, Python, Mysql, Apache, Solr, JavaScript, information retrieval, network programming, and/or colo setup a plus <br /> <br />Please spend a little time with the product and demonstrate that you've done so in your email to us.
