Coder with CTO potential in Durham

TimeGrab (www.timegrabapp.com) is the Nike+ for productivity. We are a 7 month old startup with strong and experienced team, a beta product, excited users and a user base that is growing, strong advisors. We are going after a 25+ billion dollar market with a differentiated product and are looking for a coder with CTO potential to join our team.
We are currently part of the GroundWork Labs Accelerator program in Durham and are graduates of the TieX Accelerator in Atlanta. The official HQ is in San Francisco due to funding reasons, however we have strong interest from a number of East Coast investor groups and may move our HQ to the East Coast by Q2.

The current stack is LAMP, the entire backend is built in PHP with mySql database. Our front end is twitter bootstrap.
Our mobile product is built in native IOS.
We are in the process of building a very important additional product, a Java desktop application that ties in perfectly with the rest of our platform.

We work using the agile method, using Trello as the roadmap tool and github as our repository.

We are looking to offer the right candidate the opportunity to work with us on a 3 month trial basis whereafter we hope that an opportunity for long term employment and a discussion about a CTO role may be viable.

How we know that you have CTO potential?
If in the first 90 days of working with you, you blow us and more importantly our investors and tech advisors away with your mad skills.
If you are you a doer but have the mind of an architect in your blood? Do you have leadership potential? Are you able to think outside the box? Do you have experience scaling from ~10,000 users and into the millions? Do you have an eye for finding and implementing technologies that give your clients a competitive advantage? Are you curious, motivated to grow, and wanting to contribute to something bigger? Do you know how to find, retain and motivate other coders?
