Executive Assistant to CEO at Hyper-Growth Startup in New York

We are a 13 person social media intelligence start-up in midtown NYC and we are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Our philosophy and our hard work over the past 3 years has led us to becoming the listening firm of choice for brands like Subway, Ticketmaster, Starwood Hotels and 60 others!

Our company is as good as its people. We do team lunches a lot, monthly events like bowling, cruises, beer pong and other cool stuff. And we offer complete medical and benefit packages. We do our best to take care of our people. And when the company does well, you do well.

We need someone that's very organized, loves being on top of their game, and has an un-matched attention to detail. Please be comfortable responding to emails off-hours.

Graphic Design Intern in New York

Mashwork is currently hiring for a design intern. Our company is crazy, high-energy, fast-paced, and gives employees direct exposure to clients. Most importantly, your decisions and role as a member of our team has a ginormous impact on the entire company. We are 10 people and growing quickly.

We have amazing clients like HBO, Live Nation, Starwood Hotels, and more (about 50 in total so far). The role we need is someone who can perform the following functions:

1) A passion for information design. What separates us from most of our competitors is our attention to detail and our eye for beauty. The work that we do at Mashwork is extremely insightful and creates a meaningful story for our clients. Presenting this information as beautifully as possible is very important. You need to have a knack for displaying information in a way that is both digestible and aesthetically pleasing.

2) Ambition and the ability to be a self-starter. You must be comfortable working in a self-driven environment. In a crew of 10, you'll be expected to figure things out. No one will spoon feed you everything you need to accomplish during the day. You will get direction, and our vision pounded in your head over and over, but from there, it is your reality to create. You are free to compose original designs based on the information that has been given to you. We're a team, a family - and everyone is relied upon heavily. There is no getting lost in the crowd here.

3) Whatever else it takes. We've added 20 clients in the last 6 months and added new faces and functions. We do not know what this place will look like over the next year, we just know it is going to be amazing. Each member of Mashwork is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done in the best way possible.

We have an amazing team here of A players and everybody drinks the koolaid. Mashwork is as good as its people. We do team lunches, as well as monthly events like bowling, booze cruises, beer pong tournaments, and other cool stuff.

All candidates must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.

Compensation for this position consists of a monthly stipend and reimbursement for work-related travel expenses. If hired, the job pays a full-time salary with health benefits and bonus incentives.

Here's what we need from you:

• Extremely passionate about and completely obsessed with building amazing products
