Kargo, an NYC-based startup focused on mobile monetization and development for tier-1 publishers, is hiring an Operations Analyst to manage its ad network revenue stream. We work with a larger number of major media companies including CBS, NBC, Warner Bros, Univision and others, acting as an extension of their mobile arms to provide technology and revenue around mobile and tablet experiences. Kargo has grown quickly in the past year, growing from 12 to over 35 people in 12 months, and expanding its offices into Boston and Chicago.

The Operations Analyst will be expected to shoulder significant responsibility immediately, playing a significant role in the company's growth. Above and beyond day-to-day management of network partnerships and optimization of ad network revenue, the analyst will be expected to lead and execute new opportunities with other third party mobile ad-tech companies. Daily duties will also include management of mobile ad campaigns, yield optimization, and structural maintenance of yield optimization platform. The ideal candidate will have an interest in entrepreneurship and the mobile world - someone who thrives taking initiative and is highly data-driven but also excellent at communicating with clients.
