Title: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Senior Marketing Director
Location(s): Allentown, PA & Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $35-40K Annual Base (DOE) + Potential to Earn Stock Options

Experience:

BS/BA Marketing, Communications, or equivalent + 1-3 years experience (experience in a startup environment ideal). Certified Business Laureates™ will be given preference.

Objectives:

You’ll work closely with the firm’s Senior Marketing Director on the execution of our marketing and communication activities with an additional focus on customer engagement, service and support. You’ll also provide operational support to business clients and event management as needed/directed. After all, we’re a startup, so that means you’ll be comfortable contributing in a variety of ways while wearing many hats.

Responsibilities:

- Draft creative copy for ads, e-mail campaigns, general messaging/marketing language in line with brand messaging style.
- Manage and deliver on-campus outreach and events.
- Conduct daily website edits, updates as needed.
- Compile and complete reports based on format provided by the Senior Marketing Director.
- Draft messaging to the firm’s market (primarily B2C channel).
- Author and deliver programmatic communication and support.
- Provide social media support, posts, etc. and ensure alignment across all media platforms.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and potential customers about HigherNext program offerings.
- Provide general operational support for the daily business activities of the firm.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events as needed.
- Have fun while doing all of the above.
