Your initial focus will be New York, and will then expand to other cities around the country and then the world. Your range of work might cover a lot of ground, and you will often need to be scrappy and self-sufficient, but we also have the financial resources to bring in external resources or scale up investment as justified. You will have a lot of freedom to experiment to see what works, but will also need to be diligent about investing time and money in the ideas delivering the best results.
