We’re looking for someone who has a passion for marketing and PR to create, test, and measure results that can promote our crowdsourcing services to enterprise-sized businesses. You’ll devise new customer acquisition strategies to get the word out about MobileWorks and use a variety of retention tactics to make sure our customers stay engaged. You love quantitatively measuring your efforts to see your progress, understand the science of A/B testing, get excited about sharing your insights, and want to make a real difference in the company’s success.

Platform Engineer in Berkeley

You will be one of the first full-time engineers to join a venture funded team (Andreessen & Horowitz, Y-Combinator) working on a socially responsible crowdsourcing platform. About the Position
We’re experiencing fantastic growth and need an all-star community operations manager to interface with the MobileWorker community and client base and keep things running smoothly! You’ll be working on our Premier product, which provides hands-on, direct assistance to our highest-value clients.

At MobileWorks, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of community members from around the world to ensure that we continue to provide fantastic service. You’ll make sure that each client using Premier has an amazing, incredible experience, but not just through direct customer service: you’ll be building design processes and policies that support Premier as we add hundreds of new staffers and clients each month!

About You:
You’re a self-motivated, detail-oriented person that loves managing projects with a lot of moving parts. Bringing people together--perhaps with a wide variety of backgrounds--is second nature to you. Great communication is something you take personal pride in--it’s not just a bullet point to check off on an application. You take great satisfaction in training others on a team to be successful with their roles. You get jazzed knowing that you brought a group together to complete a well-done project. And you can use all the latest desktop and cloud productivity software (e.g. google docs, MS office, Skype, etc.) like it’s another appendage.
