This internship is a chance to help design and polish the system driving awesome benefits to thousands of companies. To get there, you will be designing and testing the tools that the sales and business development teams depend on to make the company grow in all the right places, as fast as possible. This will involve dealing with scaling your solutions, ensuring what you build has a real impact on the company output, integrating with other companies, and helping to provide analysis and insight based on our data.

This means you will be constantly thinking and working fast and efficiently. Pretty words and lengthy meetings are not what you will find here. Whatever toolkit or software package you don't know beforehand, you will learn on the fly, and use it like a pro. If you're looking for an accelerated environment where everything you do matters, you've found it. Let's build things, now.

What we’re looking for:

* People who value building a Minimum Viable Product with quality
* Strong design skills for MVC separation and general modularity of code
* Aversion to and tendency against spaghetti code
* Strong communication skills across the team, not only development, but sales and business development as well

About the position

This internship opening is basically a crash course in starting a company. We’re a small team, but we’re kickin ass and takin names. You’ll be working side-by-side with the founders and directors of the company. If you think you’ll be out there getting our coffees and managing our appointments, you are highly mistaken and this position isn’t for you. We expect you to develop your own leads, ask smart questions, close deals and learn a lot. We want to make you even more successful than you already are, and to help you boost your career. This will be a huge networking opportunity for those that want to start their own company someday. We’re constantly working with other founders, angel investors, VCs, industry experts, tech gurus, and Silicon Valley giants.
