Imagine walking into any brick-and-mortar, pulling out your smartphone and with a single tap-to-app receiving a “remote-control” app for interacting with that business. MomentSocial is reinventing the way in which consumers will engage with their local businesses to make the experience more fun, time-saving, rewarding and frictionless. We’re building a context-aware, real-time cloud service that allows businesses to deliver WOW experiences to their customers that result in a deeper understanding of the customer, greater sales per customer and social word-of-mouth -- yes, we have a compelling business model from day one -- we’re not just hoping to come up with a way to make money later.

We’re seeking one or two LAMP stars who would like to be part of something special. The opportunity is massive, untapped and you already know that connected mobile apps will be everywhere. We’re just paving the way for brick-and-mortars to tap into this inevitability to compete more effectively.

Initially, these positions will be rewarded with substantial equity only -- yes, we’re talking sweat-equity -- while we finish up the product, roll it out to our initial customers and validate the business model (approximately 3 months). After that, we will be raising capital and compensating employees accordingly. There are five of us doing this now and we’ve made substantial progress. And, this is not our first rodeo -- we are a group of seasoned entrepreneurs.

Ideal candidates will be motivated to be part of startup environment, have a passion for delivering great user experiences, have PHP5/MySQL development experience, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
