We are looking for a UI Designer/Developer to join 10to8 - an ambitious start-up building tools that will change the way people organise their lives. You will be a key member of our front-end team and the work you do will influence and guide our product at a pivotal stage in its development. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to make the decisions needed to bring a great product to market.

You:
You need to be a highly motivated self-starter, ideally with experience building complex technical web or desktop applications with substantial UX requirements (i.e. not “brochure” websites). You should have flair for design and you will know, and be able to articulate, why you think a design is right (or wrong). Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential as well as the ability to provide strong justification to support design decisions.
