Growth Hacker in Chicago

When it comes to the Animal Kingdom, nothing beats a hybrid animal. It's the quintessential "2 for 1" and is proven to be unstoppable. And at Belly, we need a Liger – that unstoppable half lion, half tiger force that can bridge the gap between product/marketing to ruthlessly attack growth (acquisition, engagement, revenue).

We are looking for a Growth Hacker. What's a "Growth Hacker" you ask? Well, if you're asking, then it's certainly not you.

Rough idea of what we expect you to do:
We need a fearless leader who can combine data and ingenuity to exponentially grow Belly's network of consumers. To break it down even simpler: You will use any & all means (sometimes entirely on your own) to activate Belly’s hockey stick growth – the kind not seen since Soviet Russia. You will spearhead efforts to leverage product & platforms to acquire (consumers, merchants, dollars). You will use data to determine what’s working, abandon what isn’t, and push to optimize & scale.

You realize that the best form of marketing is through the product itself. Give users an experience they’ll love and virality of the product is only natural (and naturally enhanced by your efforts). Budgets, campaigns, and “branding” make you cringe. “Move the needle" is your morning mantra. You eat A/B tests for lunch and iterate before your afternoon cup of tea. You find what’s working, and you attack - you’re a Liger, it’s just what you do.

View full job description | View company profile

City General Manager - San Francisco in San Francisco

Working at Belly is not a job. It’s a career game changer.

We hate the word “job.” It makes us think of butt-numbing uncomfortable office chairs, cubicles filled with broken filing cabinets and adults who eat premade soup in thermoses for lunch. These situations don’t happen at Belly. We are rapidly growing (with investments from Lightbank and Andreessen Horowitz), exponentially improving and persistently demanding excellence in everything we do.

We want you.

But who are you?

To you, sales is more of a science than an art. Success is measured in numbers. You lead by example by rolling up your sleeves and living in the weeds of the startup swamp. You are a leader who can train and manage a team of closers.

You work your tail off everyday and want to work with others that will push you day in and day out. You are someone who wants to be first and never last.

View full job description | View company profile
