A MIT Sloan MBA alum, Ph.D. and analytics executive is seeking skilled app developers for his latest venture. The concept has the potential to revolutionize HR, helping people find better jobs, faster.

Skills: We are looking for freelance programmers with iOS & Android coding experience, UX design skills and those with database integration experience. Ruby, PHP, HTML5 and other web development skills are also helpful. Creativity, drive and a willingness to do whatever it takes are more important than experience.

Responsibilities: Develop, from scratch, an app for iPhone, iPad and Android. Interact with founders to efficiently implement critical features. We plan to launch the initial app within the next few months and roll out updates based on user-feedback. Work may be done remotely on a flexible schedule, but we also have office space available.

Compensation is market rate, DOE. For the right developer, this position could lead to a full-time position with equity.
