The Role

We are looking for a front-end coder with UI design experience to join as a CTO. First and foremost, you must want to have a positive social impact in the world. You should also be a born leader with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of UI design. You must be comfortable getting in the weeds, especially at the beginning when you'll be responsible for developing the first prototype, creating the front end and UI yourself, and closely supervising an off-shore back-end development team.

As the company expands, you will be responsible for growing a team of talented in-house engineers, as well as leading the overall planning, system architecture, execution, and development of our platform. Through every iteration of our site, you will manage the full product development lifecycle to successfully bring our product to market.

At the start, we are looking for a CTO who can make a part-time commitment, with the expectation that he/she would come on full-time at a later date.
