The social media coordinator will be responsible for planning our message calendar, creating and posting new content on social media channels, and analyzing the effectiveness of our campaigns. <br /> <br />The social media coordinator will also have the opportunity to develop programs to manage and enhance our relationships with subscribers. The ideal candidate will enjoy being an advocate for our subscribers and will be excited about taking their feedback and using it to guide the development of meaningful new features and processes. We aim to turn our subscribers into fanatical lifetime users of our products, and you will be leading the charge. <br /> <br />The role will be heavily focused on social media management during launch, but interacting with subscribers will become a larger part of the job as the launch progresses. There are endless other opportunities to add value depending on the candidate's interests, and there is a huge amount of room to grow and develop as the company expands. <br /> <br />Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience managing another organization's social media presence and a genuine love for interacting with clients in a variety of media. Strong and polished communication skills, particularly written, are essential.
