Looking for a fairly significant engineer in the Computer Science industry. You must have a BS degree in Computer Science from a major university such as Stanford, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, etc. with major accomplishments in your educational studies.

Additionally, you must either have started a high tech company in the past and it is either public, sold, or you were a member of its starting or early engineering team. The high tech company must be world recognized in the high tech industry and in existence either publicly traded or has been purchased by another company which today is either significant in the industry or in the process of being so. I am not looking for someone who started a little site and called it a high tech company, but rather a company which has significance today to either customers in consumer electronics or the Internet industry.

Company has been initially seed funded, in existence since 2002 (but not at the capacity of what it currently is).

You will become part of the founders team. The company is currently self-funded without external investment. We are currently seeking outside investment by end of month. You would join as early as we select you from the shortlist.

The founder is the CEO & CTO and comes from several successful startups (which are public today). You would become either SVP of Engineering or COO.

Pushing the boundaries of current mobile platforms, you will perform technological feats under constrained environments and will be presented with exciting challenges in native or mobile application development. Our Software Engineers in Mobile Applications work on many projects that carry varying responsibilities. You will build our products for either Android, Windows Mobile or iOS.

If you are an Android Developer, you will develop applications primarily in Java and using the Android SDK. You might design and develop open-source Android applications that are part of the Android Open Source Project or closed-source applications that are the interface to services on Android.

If you are an iOS Developer, you will develop applications and SDKs primarily in Objective-C and using the iOS SDK.
Education
Minimum Qualifications

5 years relevant work experience.
Programming experience in Java, Objective-C, or C++.
