DJZ is an A-team of artists, hackers, and DJs. We're building the spot for people who love EDM (electronic dance music), as well as those who are just getting into it, to become the MTV for the digital age.

We're looking to add more Developers to our small Engineering team to help us solve problems from conception to deployment. We're not the type of company filled with big egos and management. We work together to make our ideas come to life; no idea is too crazy.

Opportunity:
- Develop an internal API to serve iOS applications and website
- Integrate with 3rd party APIs and feeds
- Collaborate with mobile, design, and editorial teams
- Lots of ownership and voice, and grow as a developer and leader
- Mentorship from experienced leaders, from Tech to Product to Running a startup

Skills we seek:
- Ruby on Rails
- Git version control
- JavaScript
- CSS

Bonus points:
- Experience with API development and integration
- JS framework experience (e.g. Angular.js)
- CSS framework experience (e.g. SASS)
- Interest in music
- Startup experience

Logistics:
NYC (SoHo) & SF
Full-time preferred, but flexible.
