As a Sales Development Representative you play a key role to select the leads which will be followed up by the sales executives and thereby pave the way for optimal performance of the sales force.

As an Outbound Sales Development your primary focus is to generate interest and qualify leads to be passed to inside sales executives and to pave the way for optimal performance of the sales force through new business lead generation, and/or account retention.
