Founders have 10+ years of experience in real estate including in real estate law, finance, and brokerage. One founder graduated from UC Berkeley Law School in 2010 as Class Valedictorian, is a real estate and land use attorney, a 2013 Rising Star Lawyer, and lectures on real estate investing at Haas and Boalt Law school. Other Founder graduated from Haas Business School in 2009, worked at a real estate startup focused on distressed debt acquisitions and works in real estate private equity at an institutional real estate firm with over $4 Billion Under Management. <br /> <br />RealtyShares was founded by Nav and Trey in November 2012 and is currently in private beta with great traction. Interest from potential customers and industry participants has been very strong. The funding hunt has started with some great leads. <br /> <br />We are strong believers in the customer development process. Have held various focus groups for this purpose and are currently focused on learning more through users and potential traffic partners. Thus far, we have gotten away with limited tech talent but need a solid CTO/tech co-founder to partner up with to take this disruptive startup to the next level. <br /> <br />Current beta platform has been developed in Python. We would prefer to stick with python for a variety of reasons and co-founder should be an expert in such in python, have a true passion for technology and should be motivated to shape this startup through the latest and greatest trends.
