* We’re in search of a User Interface Master to join our team. A candidate open to relocation to San Francisco Bay Area (at our expense) would be preferred, partial telecommuting an option, it’s all open for discussion. All costs incurred during the interview and hiring process will be fully covered by us, please read on.

Seeking a motivated individual to own our User Experience and lead the User Interface design of our web-based application used to manage the house/apartment rental search process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique user experiences and working with a small team.

We’re a funded company developing a forward-thinking application that will revolutionize the online rental industry, a space that is starving for innovation and we’re prepared to knock it out of the park (and no, we’re not drinking our own kool-aid). We’ve got an extremely talented team skilled in design, illustration and development and need a leader to ignite these elements to develop an amazing interface. We’re a young team extremely dedicated to the project committing long hours and hard work but our crew is down to earth, we’re excited about what we’re doing and have tons of fun. This is far from a typical ‘job’ and allows for great flexibility/freedom which requires a motivated self-starter that can deliver. Our small team has big aspirations and all the ingredients (with the exception of YOU) to make it happen.

This is a rare opportunity for a unique and driven individual who’s not afraid of hard work and can commit themselves to this project. The company is privately funded and the founders have strong relationships for venture funding if/when appropriate. Most importantly, through a small core team working agile in grass-roots like efforts you’ll reap the rewards of your contribution. Dependent on candidate, consideration may be made for founder-level equity in the company.
