A new startup - being formed by one of the Internet’s serial entrepreneurs - seeks an outstanding accounting professional to help launch the company’s new finance & accounting business (essentially becoming a co-founder).

The ideal candidate for this position is excited about becoming an early part of a company that is changing the way the world does business.

Requirements:

BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
15+ years of professional accounting experience
Recognized Accreditation strongly preferred (CPA, CMA, CPB)
Experience/knowledge of finance & accounting outsourcing (FAO) preferred but not required

Candidate must have superior knowledge of:

Bank reconciliations
Bookkeeping
General Ledger Management
AP/AR Processing
Payroll
Tax
Financial Modeling/Pro Forma Projections
Financial Statements Preparation

The ideal entrepreneurial candidate must be willing and able to work for equity plus potential revenue share.

Work will be on a part-time basis (15 hours/week)

This is an opportunity to experience working in the world of Internet startups (with people who have been-there/done-that a few times) and to secure a founding stake in a rapidly growing company.
