We aren't looking for the old-and-experienced CTO of 15 years. We are looking for the hungry, talented, passionate Web-Developer who wants to be at the forefront of a company destined for success. The person who is tired of being given one task after another without any idea of what the big picture is. The person who has produced bigger, better projects on the side than the boring day-to-day that their job gives them now. Someone who has said, "I know more than my boss...why am I still doing what they say?"

In a single phrase, we want the person who doesn't just say, "I'm self-motivated" but actually is.

We want someone who wants to take that shot at big time. You know that guy you went to school with who got in on a start-up as the first tech-guy and is now retired at 28, playing call of duty 4 and hanging out at the beach all day while you toil? Be him. Know that girl who took a risk and joined that brand new interactive company with 2 employees downtown who is now the CTO of a multi-million dollar company? Be her.
