A) Windows C#
The Windows desktop client is the beginning point of our cloud storage platform. Users will access Oxygen Cloud through the mission-critical desktop client. It's rich in UI with collaborative functionalities. It will also be the platform with lots of apps built in WPF.
1. 5+ years of experience building successful commercial Windows desktop applications in C# WinForm and/or WPF
2. Knows MVC design patterns well
3. Experience in 3rd party tools such as DevExpress (Developer Express), Infragistics etc.
B) C++
Front-end applications on multiple platforms, i.e. Windows, Mac, iPhone/iPad etc., all connect to the back-end cloud server side via the C++ layer, the virtual file system. This layer is super critical and is the bridge to the storage clouds.
1. 5+ years of experience building C++ applications used as large scale systems with large scale design, to be used by millions of users.
2. Experience in Boost libraries
3. Experiences on Win32 & x64 platforms, Mac OSX or Linux will be a plus
4. Experience in VC++ IDE environment.
5. Multi-threading
6. Internationalization
7. Thrift is a big plus
C) Java
Java is used on the cloud server side, all of the files & information are stored in the private & public cloud. Java is the magic that makes it happen. Expertise in all Java related technologies.
1. 5+ years of experience in spring, hibernate, maven
2. 5+ years of experience in jsp, servelets, ajax etc
3. GWT & EXT-GWT
D) Mac Cocoa & iOS
The Mac desktop client is the beginning point of our cloud storage platform. Users will access Oxygen Cloud through the mission-critical desktop client. It's rich in UI with collaborative functionalities. More awesome apps will be built on the Mac platform.
1. 5+ years of experience in building Mac commercial desktop applications
2. Built iPhone or iPad apps
3. Objective-C/Cocoa
E) Leadership experience
1. At least 5+ years of experience in hands-on development of commercial desktop software, web applications, and/or client-server products
2. 2+ years in hands-on technical leadership position
3. Remote team management experience, effective & clear communication skills
4. Solid project management experience
5. Deep understanding of patterns and frameworks. You must also have experience with performance optimization and large-scale system design.
