Join a fast-moving team at a hot real estate startup in downtown San Francisco. This is an opportunity to get in early at an industry-changing solution in online residential real estate.

We are looking for a unique individual to head our website development who will actively create new initiatives for user-experience improvement, performance enhancement, and aesthetic design. The position will initially be on a contract basis and is intended to develop into a full time position. This candidate should have 2-4 years of web development experience on a Java/JSP stack and familiarity with MySQL. We need a self-starter who must exhibit out-of-the-box thinking in resolving technical problems. We are looking for someone with experience investigating several solutions to the same issue and implementing the most efficient solution.
